Lliria, the City of Music, is 25 kilometers from the city of  Valencia  and is the capital of the Camp del Turia. The origins of the city have to be sought in the Bronze Age, as indicated by the town of Cerro de San Miguel, the origin of the historic city of Edeta, which played an important role in the Roman civil wars, being destroyed by the troops of Sertorio.  Later reconstructed in its current location, lived a moment of splendor with the Andalusians who endowed it with the entire system of irrigation and ditches that have reached our times.
